Safety instructions
The safety instructions included in these operating instructions are subdivided into three hazard levels depending on the seriousness of the possible damage. Danger! Immediate hazards which, with high probability, may lead to serious physical injury or death.

2.Technical data

Specification
Scraper conveyer is the corollary equipment of apron conveyor. It is installed in the bottom of apron feeder, used for retrieving spillage grained material of the feeder.

2.3Technical description
The conveyer is a continuous transportation machine. It consists of (1) gear-motor reducer, (2) drive shaft with stars and bearings, (3) conveying trough, (4) link chain with scraper, (5) tension apparatus, etc. the driving station with driving shaft bare in antifriction bearings and the chain stars fitted on shaft. the gear motor reducer connect the driving shaft. the conveying trough in steel plate construction with the slide rails beside concrete foundation, the take-up set with the tension shaft bare in antifriction bearings and the chain return wheel fitted on the tension shaft. The link chain are round between driving stars and tension stars, and the scrapers are assembling through bolts to chains. The conveying chains is elastically pre-stressed via the tension shaft by means of spindles. It makes the chain runs well.
3. Installation
3.1 Erection and Alignment
Fastening the conveying troughs under apron feeder beam first. Check and alignment the slide rails. Installing the drive station with head part casing and take-up set with tail part casing. Put the link chain with scraper to conveying troughs, make the elasticity of the chain appropriate to adjust the tension apparatus. Fix the complete machine under the apron feeder with the bolt. Running some what observe chain moving steadily and direction is correct.

4.1

In order to keep the dependability that is operated and service life long enough, it is essential to meet the lubricated request for the equipment to the greatest extent. In order to choose the lubricant correctly effectively, should consider the local environment and working environment in the factory. Lubricating point mainly includes gear reducer, transmission main shaft bearing, bearing of tension apparatus, etc. Every transmission bearing flat have forced filling oil cup, add the lubricating grease according to the operating position in time. Confirm that disassemble the bearing cup and wash the bearing and upgrade the lubricating grease when overhauling the end of the year according to operating position. Lubrication and maintaining of the motor and gear reducer go on according to the request for operation instructions at random of the manufacturer. And change the part that has been already worn and torn in time.

6.1
Safety instructions
The machine/system must be operated by trained or instructed personnel only. Danger! An unauthorised use of the machine/system could result in severe per-sonal injury or death and damage to the system. The machine/system must not be switched on if defects jeopardise the operational reliability

6.2
Observe
Before the running-in of the equipment. Confirm that the installation and adjustment of the equipment and every junction are normally, and can carry on the test run after according with the specification requirement. Unloaded test run of the equipment goes on not less than 2 hours. After there is no unusual phenomenon, carry on the load test run. Load takes trial runs for not less than 6 hours. Can come into operation after everything is normal. Checking before the test run: Besides generally checking whether the installation of the equipment accords with the mounting technique condition before the test run, need check the following project: A: Whether gear reducer annotates the lubricating oil B: Whether electric apparatus wiring is correct. C: Whether the meshing of stars and link chain is correct. D: Whether there are no any metal pieces or tools in conveying casing. Should pay attention to several as follows at the time of the test run: A: The rising of the temperature of bearing of gearmotor reducer does not allow exceeding 40C. B: Drive shaft and take-up axle should rotate flexibly and steadily, have no unusual noisiness and vibration phenomenon, the link chain has not the phenomenon of shaving
and touching.
C Tension apparatus is safe and reliable, and the elasticity of the link chain is appropriate.
6.3
Running
Note! If the chain section bind bolt of scraper become loosing, should tighten to become flexible in time.
Note! If the supplies glued among the starss tooth . link chain will blockage and motor will trip. Or it will cause motor burning and chain link break.Must be clear first ,and then start.
When shutting down the scraper conveyer, first stop the material flow and after stop the driving motor

maintenance workI Secure the machine against unintentional restart! Lock the principal control elements and remove the key! Attach a warning sign
7.2 Servicing
Light maintenance A Wash gear reducer, change the lubricating oil. B Wash the bearing seat, change the lubricating grease of drive and take-up shaft. C Change the chain festival of wearing and tearing seriously and scraper. Capital repair Change the parts with serious wearing and tearing of all position of the complete machine. There are relations between long service life of scraper conveyer and right operation and maintains regularly. And incorrect operation will cause equipment and personal injury; link chain blockage causes motor burning and chain link break, etc. For this reason, user should set up the record of maintenance, the system of relieving and the system of maintaining. shift maintenance A Often pay attention to the oil level indicator of the gear reducer, find that lacks the oil to supplement in time. Change the lubricating oil according to the request for the manual. B Clear up the supplies glued among the starss tooth .
