FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING CRYSTAL MIRAGE FRANCHISE The following questions and answers are designed to provide basic information about the structure and costs of our franchise package and the support we offer you. Q. What types of franchise options are available? A. There are three options. Firstly, there is our Full Retail System Plan called Diamond Plan which allows venturing our entire range of crystal and gift products. Under this plan, the franchisee gets maximum and highest earning opportunities. Besides this, there are other two plans namely, Platinum Nano Franchise Plan and Gold Nano Franchise Plan. Q. What will a franchise cost? (For figures refer the plan chart.) A. The initial investment is based on the plan the franchisee opts for. The Gold Plan has an investment of Rs. 30,000/- only; The Platinum plan has an investment of Rs. 75,000/- and The Diamond plan has an investment of Rs. 4 Lacs only. Q. What is the Plan Fee? A. The Plan Fee is the License Fee paid by the Franchisee to the company. This fee is a one time payment and non refundable. The Plan Fee is the initial cost paid by the Franchisee to join the system. This needs to be paid to run the companys business under the brand name of the company and using the goodwill and technical know how of the company. On paying the Plan Fee, the Franchisee gets: The right to use the companys system, including trade name, service marks and trade dcor and operating system. Services to help acquire and develop franchisees location, including site specifications, sources of demographic information, site approval and architectural assistance (only set of specifications could be provided for you to customize.) Specifications of inventory, fixtures, furnishings, signs, and products required for Franchisees business. A copy of the companys confidential franchise agreement. A. Yes, Training is provided at the Corporate Office at Mumbai. Q. Do I receive on going assistance in my business? A. Yes. In addition to your training at our Corporate Office, on an on-going basis members from the franchise support department will visit your site. You will also get online and telephone support and advice. Q. What form of continuing operational guidance will I receive? A. You will receive documents and slide shows on various products as guidelines, specifications for your interiors if required, artwork/s for your location sign board, artwork/s for hoarding / banner you wish to use for your local promotion, along with regular email and sms updates. Q. What about marketing & advertising? A. Building recognition of Crystal Mirage brand and reputation is an essential and important ongoing objective. At the initial launch stage of your business Crystal Mirage will provide you with promotional materials as per the plan you select including point of sale and promotional / marketing material for use in your store. Crystal Mirage can also provide you with an advertising template or an artwork in soft copy format, press release copy and photographic images for you to initiate your own publicity at local level. On an ongoing basis regional and national marketing / PR could be undertaken by the company through its National Marketing Plans. Q. Will I receive any technical and upgrades in the future? A. Yes. You will receive regular updates and upgrades. You will also receive new schemes and offers as and when launched by the company. You will also be notified by email or by phone call or by a latter in writing about new products launched, improvements and software upgrades, etc from time to time. Franchisees will be notified of any ongoing improvements and will be given the opportunity to upgrade at cost price. Q. What is the term of my franchise agreement? A. The initial term is 3 years. You may renew free of charge for an additional 3 year term at the then current agreement terms, subject to you having adhered to our general terms and conditions as specified in the Franchise Agreement. Q. How do I get started? A. Firstly, you will need to complete the Franchise Enquiry Form and submit it to us. Upon receipt of this information we will contact you to discuss your interest and supply you with information regarding the franchise.
