MYSELF LEAVE OF ABSENCE Pertaining to the above, please ensure the following being carried out during my leave of absence from 16th to 30th November 2010. 1. Capital Project. Please to ensure the fertilizer store, garage, bound wall, schedule waste, pre-mix and emergency shower room building to be completed before 10th Dec. 2010. Do the daily checking on the aforesaid building to ensure work done are in line with drawing attached. Do not compromise with the work and material quality. Please do not hesitate to contact me any time. 2. Weeding. -Speed up the work to ensure the estimated round are achievable. If the new workers are arrival please allocate 3 workers for Bunga Nansang, 3 worker for Sembawang and 2 workers for Magesa. - Please do field inspection on work progress and completed block. If the local sprayer still deployed by Sembawang, please check their work and daily chemical usage. 3. Manuring - Please speed up manuring work in all area. However, priority must be given to complete NK and KS before proceed other type fertilizers. - Please make store requisition one day before the fertilizer being issued out. 4. Thinning Out - If Bunga Nansang Enterprise still not commence the work, liaise with mandore Thomas, he has agreed to do thinning out in PM 99. Supervision should be given priority to ensure only unproductive, strile and etiolated palm being thinning out. 5. Roads and Bridges. - Please check the quality of roads works in block 1 and 10. If the bulldozer still cant be operated, please inform the excavator operator, Johan to continue road works in block 1 before proceed in to the others block. - Try to utilize the expenditure under contingency that has been approved recently. Please order 1000mt of DCR 3-6 for stock pile at Camp A. If You Poh Sung transporter still not able to transport, please find others transporter to complete the task.

- If the weather permitted, please arrange 3 units lorries owned by Stevhee Enterprise to transport the soil from block 4 to main road as mentioned to you earlier and agreed by our VA. Raise up the road level up to 8 feet. An excavator and a bulldozer can be used for the aforesaid works. 6. Pruning. - If the works are satisfied, please ensure the staffs to prepare payment. 7. Harvesting. -Please ensure 100mt of FFB to be evacuated to BPK Mill daily. If external transport is not enough, please liaise with En. Ayunan at Pedai Estate or other sources for help. 8. Others. a. Please get Teh Kuning (Duranta gold) cutting from Pedai Estate and plant it into existing polybags. b. Check up with Kubota the parts that we had ordered for M8200. Fix it up if the parts are available. If you may have problems to carry out the above, please do not hesitate to contact me at anytime during my leave of absence.
