A measurement principle and structure

An orifice plate generates difference pressure according to the flow velocity. The flowrate shunted by difference pressure is measured with an area flowmeter plan. The flowrate scale is minced in the glass taper tube surface of an area flowmeter. The flowrate of piping is proportional to the flowrate of an area flowmeter. A base socket, Lower Block, Strainer, Glass taper tube, Up block, and Return pipe It consiste of parts.

Strainer built-in Since the strainer is prepared in the inflow side of a flow indicater, it can clean periodically. In order to clean without stopping the flow of piping, I recommend selection of the N-valbe piece model of an option. Compact size Since the form size of a flow indicator part becomes common even if meter size differs, also in piping of the diameter of a large quantity, a flow measurement part becomes compact.

In use in chill environment which liquids, such as winter, freeze, a taper Tube may be damaged by freeze expansion. Please take heat insulation keeping-warm measures for a indicator part, or select N-valbe piese model, remove a strainer cap beforehand [ freeze ], and extract the liquid in taper tube.

THE UASAGE
The attachment method

Please attach the arrow of Base socket according to the direction of a flow of fluid. The directions part of Flowmeter is attached so that it may become perpendicular. Four bolts of Lower block can be removed and the directions part of Flowmeter can be rotated. Since RLG type (flange type) packing and the bolt nut are not attached to Flowmeter, please prepare packing and a bolt nut of a visitor. Since the RLY type and the RLW type flange are attached as standard, please use them, inserting a piping pipe, and welding or pasting up. Since this Flowmeter is orifice structure, it needs piping straight length before and after an orifice plate.

Application fluid
The fluid in which flowrate measurement is possible is manufactured with this flow plan supposing pure fluid, such as water and air. With a liquid, viscosity has restricted to the liquid of water and flowrate measurement of a liquid with high viscosity cannot be performed. A small very small quantity foreign substance has little influence on flowrate measurement. A lot of garbage may start stuffing in a flow directions part, and flowrate measurement may become impossible. Keep in mind that it cannot perform flow measurement of the air which powder using fan and compressor mixed for the purpose of powder transportation. Flow may be unable to be read with an opaque liquid, without the ability viewing float in taper tube. A standard article can be used for the liquid which can be seen through in a depth of 0.6mm or more. Keep in mind that air bubbles may flow in a flow directions part, and exact flow measurement may not be made to it if a lot of air bubbles are mixed in the flowing liquid.

Cleaning of Strainer
Since the strainer is prepared in the inflow side of a flow directions part, it can clean periodically. In order to clean without stopping the flow of piping, I recommend selection of a N-valbe type model. Since a part style will be intercepted and it will not flow to a flow directions part if the handle of N-valbe type is rotated even if it does not stop a flow, a strainer cap can be removed, and a strainer can be taken out and cleaned.

Prevention of a freeze
In a chill environment, even when the liquid in a pipe is not frozen, if a flow directions part becomes low temperature, a liquid may freeze winter etc. Keep in mind that taper tube may be damaged by freeze expansion of a liquid. At a N-valbe type model, since a flow will be intercepted and it will not flow to a flow directions part if a handle is rotated even if it does not stop the flow of piping, if a strainer cap is removed and the topmost air extraction is loosened, breakage of taper tube can be prevented by draining the liquid of flow directions circles. However, flow measurement cannot be performed while having stopped the part style by N-valbe type.

Usable maximum pressure & maximum temperature

Since taper tube may be damaged and harm may occur on a human body if it is used exceeding usable maximum pressure indicated by specification and maximum temperature, they are the use maximum pressure and the use maximum temperature. Please use it less than.
