General Terms and Conditions Rent is net without deduction of withholding tax. Fuel shall be provided by User/Client.

/Client. The contract shall be non-cancelable till the minimum period as specified in the agreement. In case of early termination of contract, the rent for non cancelable period (if not paid in advance) with the notice of termination shall be sent at least 5 days before. Rental period extension should be sent in writing at least 5 days in advance prior to the new month / extended period contract along with the advance payment of further required period. Unutilized hours shall not be carrying forwarded for next month /term/extended period. The delivery date of equipment shall be confirmed after receiving your formal letter and set only be delivered after signing of RENTAL CONTRACT In case of any major breakdown, GHAZI POWER shall not be responsible for any loss to client but shall provide backup generator within 24 hours (within Karachi) subject to availability of same capacity generator. Rent date will be start from when generator leaves our premises and supposed finishes when it reaches back to our ware house. Power cabling (from load point to generator cabling change over switch as required should be arranged and borne by the client or would be changed at actual. Equipment is sole property of GHAZI POWER and shall be returned on demand or at the end of the terms in good running condition. License/permission /NOC for installation, operation for the generator and all such formalities required from the government of Pakistan bodied, environment protection agencies including inspector should be obtained and managed by the client all taxes federal government to be paid by the client. The generator set will not be operated for less than 50% and more than 80% of rated capacity power factor improver should not be used parallel with the generator. This is an indicative proposal, which could subsequently be followed by a rental agreement.
