Q: 1 Introduce yourself? My name is Mohammad umar Tariq .i have done my intermediate from Pakistan international school Riyadh.

Further I did my BBA and Mba from university of south asia.moreover I have one month experience in call centre working as TSR and six weeks internship in Askari bank. Q: 2 why would you like to apply in telenor vacancy? Ans: Because I think tekenor is one of the largest telecommunication in Pakistan .

Q: 3 What ido you know about customer service? Customer service means to provide services to the customer.for providing good customer service to the customer u should have the thourough knowledge of ur products and services so that u will provide the customer each and every detail what he wants and if u wont provide good service u will find complaints.there are three types of customer service field i.e face to face,by phone and public relation.

Q: 4 Why do you apply the customer service offer? or why do you want to work as call center agent?
Ans: Because I have the skills that qualified me for this job like, I have good communication skills,good listener,friendly,calm,like to help people and I have the ability to work in team work.

Q: 5 What are the strength / positive points in your personality? Ans: I am an organized person, hard worker, dependable person, have ability to work under stress, and have the ability to solve problems.

What are the weakness / negative points in your personality? Ans: I like to learn more of thing at the same time and that makes me lose focus on learning one thing.

What will you do if customer abused you during call? Ans: I will try to make him calm by listning him carefullyand talking to him in a polite way. I will try to be calm without any stirring reaction. I will be good listener to himlet him to explain all the problem to me.

What will you use in your work to over achieve your goals? Ans: good listning,the concentration,the patience,and the punctuality in my information.

Why you left the previous job? Ans: To increase the salary,also to seek stability in my career and get promoted faster in a large organization like yourself.bc they are nt giving me full salary what they promise they are not giving.

What the best thing you achieved in your life? Getting graduated with excellent garde, even under the country's circumstances I'm still capable of achieving Success in my job and promotion in the posts.

What is the same relation between the customer service agent and the designer? Both of them aim to fulfill the customers needs

What are you see yourself after 3 years?

I hope to get higher positions and promotions in my work such as team leader , both in customer service or, Human Development Department And that because I will not suffice to work only, but i will try to take more courses that will help me to success and innovation in the area in which I work in it.
