Responsibilities: Corrosion rate, Remaining life, Next inspection interval calculation and repair recommendations as per API653. Short Term / Long Term Corrosion rate, Remaining life, Next inspection interval calculation and repair recommendations as per API-510. Classification of pipelines, Corrosion rate, Remaining life, Next inspection interval calculation and repair recommendations as per API-570. Planning and Scheduling of job, Execution of Job as per scope of work. Progress monitoring, updating plans and rescheduling, Resource calculation. Drawing reviews and sketching, Calculation and Report writing as per relevant Codes and Standards. Bid Analysis, Technical Reviews, Procedure Preparation, Procedure review.

Leading team of Inspection Engineers at various sites for online and offline inspection, over seeing their activities in relevance of Inspection scope of work. Involved in more than 5 shutdowns of various Oil & Gas, Petro chemical and Power Plants, responsible for inspection of Tanks and Pressurized Stationary Equipment. Review and approval of inspection reports submitted to clients after completion of inspection jobs. Implementation of requirements of quality management system ISO 9001.
Location marking and Repair recommendations after Inspection of buried pipeline coating condition by PCM (Pipeline Current Mapper). Evaluation of Zn Anode for continuous service after Inspection of underwater pilling by RVI tool. Temperature evaluation and Hot spot monitoring after Thermography. Inspection of Mobile cranes, Overhead Cranes, Fork lifters, Mobile trucks, Slings, Shackles, webbing slings. Load testing and Repair recommendations.
