;tempt to locate the U.S. Customs General Declaration pertaining to Ziad
}RRAH's entry into the United States at Tampa International Airport on
?tober £9, £000, Special Agents responded to the Tampa International Airport

I Brown conducted a search of available data abases regarding JARRAH and


termined that the names of persons travelling on flight #07178 on October
£000 was still available and printed it for the agents. It is noted that
s name was not listed on the flight. Additional queries revealed that
lad entries into the United States on five (5) occasions (which were
ads forwarded to the appropriate field offices by U.S. Customs Headquarter,
