CD> What is total headcount of EDS?

A) around 90

A) Resources deployed to cover leaves/ risks & blocked for pipeline projects
CD> when does a college joinee becomes billable ?

A) After 6 months of TechM training program & 3-6 month of shadowing in Cisco Projects (about 2-3 qtrs)
Subodh> Since Prod Support for Q4 is started, how do we on-board new resources & give prod access ? What is the mitigation plan for any risk which may arise?

A) Each new resource is first attached with an SME; logins are shared after grooming and ramping up. No junior has write access to prod.
Resources go through Cisco Induction program which includes security, InfoSec guidelines. A separate COE lab is setup for 60 new resources. CD> How do you track value ad, Quality A) We use QC to log defects & encourage use of new code review tool DICOR. Will come up with measures to quantify quality.
