Scotty Homecoming Royalty

Its a bird, its a plane, its a... we arent sure what these Scotty hippies are gazing at, but its Scotty Spirit Week, yesterdays theme was Hippie Day, and Scotty senior Homecoming candidates (from left) Jolynn Reyling, Dillion Pankratz, Sage Sukut, Lane Herbert, Rachael Zeiger and Tyler Wesen were hippies to the hilt. Today was Fairy Tale Tuesday; tomorrow its Wild West Wednesday (also the Car Parade & Bonfire, line-up is at 6:45 p.m. at El Cor Del) ; Thursday is Holiday Day (7th & 8th graders St. Patricks Day, Frosh & Sophomores 4th of July, Juniors and Seniors Christmas), and Friday as always Scotty Pride, Red & White. Coronation on Friday begins at 1:10 p.m. in the GHS Auditorium. The Scotty Homecoming Parade, featuring the Saskatoon Police Pipes and Drums, begins at 2:30. Shipwrecking Shelby kicks off at 7:00. The GHS Leadership class asks all Glasgow businesses to join in on the Scotty Homecoming festivities this week. They are asking businesses to decorate their stores/offices for Fridays Homecoming. The theme this year is Shipwreck Shelby. The Leadership Class will be around on Thursday to judge your decorating; a traveling plaque will be presented to the business that is selected for doing the best job.
