2. You will see a reset button. It likes a small hole. Please push your paper clip into the hole and hold it until all light at the terminal is off and pull it out

3. The terminal will restart by itself and wait until it is ready. 4. Try again to connect data and advise how it goes

1. Open T&T GUI web based via your browser by the FBB terminal IP (default is 192.168.0.1)

2. Select SETTING >> LAN >> Network user groups on the menu bar. Enter Username/password for change the configuration (default is admin/1234) then press Logon

3. In the new page go to Default group line and press Edit on the end of line.

4. In the new page user find the APN column , please advise the APN mane/username/password or provide us a screenshot
