CBSE WEST ZONE SWIMMING COMPETITION 2013 (Under - 12, 14, 16 & 19) 28th September - 1st October 2013
Dear Principal, This is to inform you that the responsibility to conduct the CBSE WEST ZONE SWIMMING COMPETITION 2013 for boys and girls (Under 12, 14, 16, and 19) has been entrusted to N.H. Goel World School, Raipur. The competition will be organized from 28th September to 1st October 2013. The participating teams should arrive at the venue by 5 P.M. on 27th September 2013. and leave after 5 P.M. on 2nd October 2013 after the closing ceremony.

A) Mandatory Requirements (Annexure to be filled on the CBSE Website and copies to be brought along when reporting/arrival for the competition)

To supply the team photograph with the school principal along with the entry proforma annexure 1&2 For student/players studying in Class IX and above to provide CBSE Registration Number given in Class IX by Regional Office - CBSE. For student/players studying in Class XI and Class XII to provide Class X certificate with photo issued by CBSE. Identify Cards to be carried by the students and officials accompanying the school team. (As per format by CBSE) The photocopy of payment of Annual Sports Fees for the year 2013-2014. The norms of Eligibility Criteria, Withdrawal of the teams, Disqualifications and Protest will be followed as per the guidelines and rules prescribed by the CBSE. Each participating team shall carry two school flags and it is mandatory for the teams to participate in the school uniform in the march past at the Opening Ceremony. Each team manager will deposit a Refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 1000/- at the time of reporting/arrival of the team.
