Objectives: To make student an effective communicator by being able to A. B. C. D. E. F. G. H. Understand the significance of oral & non-verbal communication in business organizations. Improve listening skills. Effectively present his/her viewpoint in writing, demonstrating clarity of thought and persuasive approach. Being able to interpret and prepare clear, concise, audience-centric written business messages and reports, Make effective business presentations, Participate in and conduct meetings effectively, Understand cross culture values and challenges in communicating in international situations. Write attention catching Resume and participate in Group discussions/interviews effectively.

Passing Percentage: 50% each in all three components. Every student is required to participate actively in class, in class exercises, and study group activities. At least 75% attendance record is mandatory for a student to sit for the end term examination.
