DATE EQUIPMENT TAG NO CHECK POINTS 1) Stator Terminal checking & tightness 2) Star Point terminal checking & tightness 3) Rotor Cable termination checking & tightness 4) RTD terminal Box ( Bearring & Winding) tighness checking & cleaning 5) Heat Exchanger cooling tube cleaning Motor Tag No: 6) Slip Ring Chamber cleaning done 7) Carbon Brush & Holder checking and cleaning, Brush Changing if required 8) Checking of Earthing points and tightness 9) Cleaning of Motor outside. 10) Visual checking of cooling fan in motor ( check fan blades condition ) 11) LPBS cleaning, Checking and Tightness 1) Control panel blowering and tighntess of control & power cables 2) Note down the time setting of LRS timer 3) LRS Chain Overhaulling 4) Limit Switch checking LRS 5) Shorting Contactor checking and Cleaning (carbon deposition) 6) Cleaning of Water level sensor & Temp. Sensor terminal 7) Cleaning of LRS tank inside Insulator 8) Water level checking & fill up the water with Na2CO3 if required 9) Local trial taken after maintenance. (After local trial release Emg Push button and keep it on AUTO mode.) 1) Panel Control Compartment cleaning and tightness 2) Temp. Scanner checking for all are in circuit or not. VCB Panel 3) VCB panel complete cleaning and physically checking all internal parts. 4) After maintenance checking all Healthy indication come or not. 5) Blowering of Panel and VCB - - Yes / No Checked By Hof. CHECK POINTS 1) Stator Terminal checking & tightness 2) Checking of Earthing points and tightness 3) Cleaning of Motor outside. 4) Visual checking of cooling fan in motor ( check fan blades condition ) 5) Check whether Greasing nozzle is properly closed or not 6) LPBS cleaning, Checking and Tightness ( Release the Emg button after the work is completed) 1) Control wiring checking & Tightness 2) Visual checking of condition of power & control cables 3) Compare motor full load current with MPCB set current, If any deviation inform to HZL - Engineer. 4) Check proper connection in TB ( Both fixed & moving ) 5) Blowering of Feeder - - Yes / No 6) Clear the shutdown, Release Emg. Button and check the 110V AC supply in 18 th pin in TB. 1) Control wiring checking & Tightness 2) Tightness and checking of motor outgoing cable 3) ACB - cleaning to be done. 4) ACB - Check for any abnormal sound while manual operation of OPEN/CLOSE 5) Blowering of Panel and ACB - - Yes / No 6) Clear the shutdown, Release Emg. Button and check circuit healthy indication is glowing or not. 1) Write ELR setting ( Leakage current & Time ) and MPCB setting Yes/No

Rotary limit switch 1) Control wiring checking & Tightness 2) Check pendent box cable , Control buttons 3) Check all the indicatons are working 1) Check all the functions of crane a. LT - Forward / Reverse till limit switch auto cut off region b. CT - Forward / Reverse till limit switch auto cut off region c. Main Hoist - UP/Down till limit switch auto cut off region d. Check for abnormal humming sound 1) Panel Control Compartment cleaning and tightness 2) VCB panel complete cleaning and physically checking all internal parts. 3) After maintenance checking all Healthy indication come or not. 4) Check all the indications are glowing or not 5) Blowering of Panel and VCB - - Yes / No Yes/No
