: Submission of Grades Counseling Record Intramurals 2012 PACCUCOA Other Matters

Date: July 23, 2012 Venue: Faculty Office The meeting will come to order presided by Dean Maria Nenita D. Cano. Dean: May I request Ms. Brookshields C. Castro for the prayer. Ms. Castro: Prayer Dean: Good Afternoon, this is our 1st meeting for this SY 2012 2013. Our agenda for this meeting are as follows submission of grades, counseling record, intramural 2012, Pacucoa, and for other concerns we have other matters. Submission of Grades Dean: The schedule for the submission and uploading of prelim grades is on August 1, 2012. The uploaded grades must be transfer in your class record and it will be check on August 2, 2012. Faculty: Ok dean. Counseling Record Dean: For the students who have 5.0 grades kindly call their attention for counseling. Call their attentions on your consultation hours. Give reminders. Faculty: All faculty agreed. Intramurals 2012 Dean: For Intramurals 2012, we have Mr. Sofronio Jamile as Sports Coordinator. Mr. Jamile: For this year intramurals maam, I think we need budget so far , we have

Php 50,000.00 . For this year dance sports and cheer dance we need additional expenses also. The student solicitation maam, should we include the SA or working scholar because last year most of the complaints are coming from the working/ SA. Dean: All SA not included for the solicitation. Mr. Jamile: I need the help of the faculty especially in sports events. Dean: All faculty is in-charge in different games. We will have schedule HATAW on August 11, 2012 we will reserve the FPark PACUCOA Dean: Since we are preparing for level II accreditation, all of us are part of these preparations. I will assign faculty in-charge for each area for documents updates. For Area I, II, and III my office will in charge for that. For Area IV library and V Laboratory , Ms. Castro is incharge. Area VI Mr. Cailing, Area VII Mr. Bellarmino, Area VIII Mr. Jamile and AREA IX Mr. Bazan. Kindly visit the overall chairman of each area. Other Matters: 1. Aptitude for Service Mr . Bazan : The attendance for Saturday formations, I assign Ms. Baylon, Nina. Dean: Kindly include the 1st year students for duty, assigning Brigade Cmdr. Selgas. The violators for the entrance and exit, their name should be submitted to the training director for the proper disciplinary actions. Lau, update the duty assigns. Kindly check the students before having a class, their uniforms including the patches because I still saw students using the old one. For the new patches it is available at the CSBO. I already inform the PPFMO regarding the proper uniforms. 2. Review Center Updates Dean: Review Coordinator, Mr. Cailing will you update us the Board subjects that had already taken? Mr. Cailing: Maam for the review updates, there were four (4) subjects already discussed namely Correctional Adm, Criminalistics, LEA, and LAW in fact I already gave Post test but unfortunately the result was not good reviewees got low score in the following subjects Cor Adm, Criminalitics, and Law Dean: Kindly submit a written result. What about the other subjects?

Mr. Cailing: For the CDI maam, only Organized Crime is not yet discuss. Crim Soc, likewise not all subjects have been discuss. For information maam, we are requesting to have a retreat together with reviewees. Dean: You make a proposal and then we have the first Friday mass the reviewees can join. Dean: For the remaining subjects, kindly write the speaker and for those outsiders (reviewees from other school) let them pay the remaining balance. Mr. Cailing: Ok maam. 3. CSBO time Dean: Ms. Tinaco (CSBO President), update for the upcoming activity of the counsel. Ms. Tinaco: Good afternoon maam, we have proposed date for the acquaintance party on August 5, 2012. Dean: Ok, I suggest that we will have whole day acquaintance. We will have ball games, laro ng lahi, pasikatan sa Crim (to cater the students talent).You prepare the program coordinate with your adviser. Ms. Tinaco: Ok maam, there will be seminars this coming Saturday regarding Womens Violence among 1st year and 2nd Year and there will be Php 20.00 contribution for their certificates. Dean: Prepare the documents needed before conducting the activity. You can invite speaker from Gabriela, 2 hours will do 1 hour and half for the discussion and 30 minutes for the open forum. What else? Ms. Tinaco: The schedule for 2012 Intramurals is on September 6 8, 2012. Dean: Then we schedule our Victory Party on September 9, 2012. 4. Parade The dean informs the faculty in advance that there will be Civic Parade on August 26, 2012. 5. MS Study Dr. Cano asks the entire full time faculty regarding the updates of their MS Study and likewise instructs the entire faculty to update the 201 file. The meetings adjourn at exactly 2:30 in the afternoon.
