to. But I promise to try very hard.

2. Here is letter to Ivon Shearing and society.

3. Here is letter to his lawyers H. A. Mickelson and R.C. Cameron

them each by E-Mail. Include designated attachments. Resend letter with address
included. I’ll print. Sign. And mail registered post from here.

5. Decide whether to make my letter to Shearing public. Your call.

6. Another letter to Chrétein. Send it with all attachments I sent you. May he read in
peace. I plan to drive him nuts. Do with his letter to press – your call.

7. Each few days I’ll do a report from prison to send out in the form of a letter to the
P.M. enough happens here every few days to make interesting reading.

8. E-Mail to Mila. Self – explanatory.

I believe this third letter to Chrétein really should go public and mega ballistic.

I’m going to beg everybody to raise funds. P.S. send me your personal data (if you
already have not). Passport #, birthdate, address, etc. …

Also I need cost on wrist monitor + police endorsements from them. And address of

2. Seagram’s I’ll try to sell them back whisky + vodka + ask for donation.

3. Wrist monitor just might get me released.

TO THE PARLIAMENT OF CANADA
OFFICE OF THE PRIME MINISTER
THE HONORABLE
MR. JEAN CHRETEIN
OTTAWA, CANADA

Dear Mr. Chrétein,

I will continue to write to you and lobby my case as long as I can and until
some concrete and firm action is taken. Or until the Bulgarians or RCMP
order me silenced.

As only one man and citizen of no special consequence or resources I am

left with but pen, paper, words and rule of law as my weapons. Merger as
these may well prove it is all I have and I intend to use them to the fullest.

The attachments are for your reading in case you doubt the veracity of
what I’ve written you. It is clear from these documents that Canadians are
not as free to pursue their belief, business or private lives as they might
believe. Each citizen under your leadership may become a victim of a
brutality and unlawful arrest abroad fostered by the RCMP.

My four year experience in a Bulgarian prison and the evidence I now send
you proves the RCMP is capable and willing to offer promises of financial
rewards to Bulgaria (and what other former terrorist state) in exchange for
arresting Canadian citizens. And, more disturbing, knowingly allows the
police of Bulgaria to use beatings, psychotropic drugs and a prolonged
imprisonment to obtain the information the RCMP seeks.

I remind you, Sir, that the RCMP is mandated to protect its citizens. Not to
hire foreign thugs to torture them. What I have endured physically and
mentally here would be impossible in Canada. But in Bulgaria the RCMP
can ask for and get anything they want by offering a “share” of the “criminal
proceeds” seized.

2
Apparently Kabalerians and I am sure other faiths, their leaders and
followers, are subject to RCMP tactics which border on fascist behavior.
History’s great lesson is that power corrupts. And a policeman’s personal
convictions may persuade him to abuse the authority given him by the
state. Officer Doornbos has done just that.

I knew nothing of Mr. Shearing or his faith until I was arrested and
uncovered this letter. Bulgarian authorities while interested in my financial
activities expressed not a single criminal supposition in writing until the
RCMP corrupted them.

It is the RCMP who placed me here. I dare you or anyone to deny the fact
that at the top left corner the secret police directive to “start investigation” is
written. No investigation by the police would have occurred if not for that
fateful day on July 7, 1995 when officer Doornbos promised half or more of
the Kabalerian societies 16 million USD to Bulgaria.

You are obligated to end what Canada started.
