B1 BACKGROUND :TYPES OF SCHOOLS: Schools can be state (public)/independent/private/boarding Teachers at school are called teachers, and at the University lecture (clase) Lecturer (professor) professor (catedrtico), Tutor Learner/ student/ classmate Nursery school Primary school Secondary school (Comprehensive/grammar school) College ( 16-18) for training, vocational courses or when you are 18 to Further Education. If you want to go to university, you must pass your A levels. University (18+).If you want to study at any university you must get a Loan or a government grant. When you finish, you will get your degree: Undergraduate ( you are studying your degree) /graduate ( you have your degree) BA ( Bachelor of Arts) BSC (Bachelor of Science)

When you get your degree, you can do a second degree course called Post-graduate course:
