Complete responsibility for docking template/platform docking pile installation, drilling and completions for 6 well project with shallow gas and severe loss of circulation conditions. Tuna project on Key Singapore jackup and Denise subsea development on Saipem 4 semi-submersible. Extensive use of SRD, (Steerable Rotary Drilling assemblies. Project ended as wells were drilled very rapidly. * 10 - 09 - TO 31-12-09: Weatherford Turnkey Operations, Dubai UAE; Senior Drilling/Completions Engineer. Planning, engineering and operations for Weatherford Turnkey Cliet operations throughout the Middle East, (Iraq specifically), and North Africa. Full responsibility for well planning, engineering, operations, program preparation and supervision support in a diverse set of conditions and environments. * 02 09 TO 10 - 09: ENI, (Mellitah Gas), Tripoli Libya: Senior Drilling/Completions Engineer, Planning, engineering and operations for floating exploration and development drilling operations in the Mediterranean Sea offshore Libya. Water depths ranging from 1200m to 1400m using 3 semi-submersible MODUs. Rigless/Riserless Sub Sea Well intervention planning, programming and execution operations. Project suspended by NOC as a result of the economic recession. * 10 08 to 02 - 09: Chinnery Assets Limited/CNODC/IPSAA. Beijing and Myanmar; Senior Drilling/Completions Engineer, (Engineering Manager). Planning, engineering, program preparation, and operations for a phase 1 shallow water, (+- 250) Jackup exploration drilling campaign and a 2 X deep water, (+- 7000), exploration drilling campaign offshore Myanmar. Duties included drilling program development, logistics planning. Long lead item identification, (casing, wellheads, hanger equipment), confirmation and ordering. * 02 - 95 - to 11-00: Platform Engineer Sub Surface/Drilling Supervisor, Exxon/Mobil Hibernia Project O/S NFLD: This Hibernia, Platform and shore based role, merged the project Drilling and Completion Fluids Engineering, Drilling Operations supervision, and Drilling Engineering functions. It was the focal point for the project Continuous Improvement, Measurement, and Drilling Efficiency initiative. Responsibilities included accountability for the integrity of all tools, materials and processes used to drill the Hibernia development wells, extensive coiled tubing operations in every conceivable application, liaising with facilities engineering and responsibility for shutdown/turnaround coordination and scheduling.
