TALKING ABOUT PROBABILITY


The term, "probability" can be defined as the chance of an event occurring.

There are many ways of saying that something will probably or possibly happen in English, here we have a:

Likely (adjective) Used to indicate the chance that something will happen, probably is true Note: Be likely to have a similar meaning as May, which replaces the sentence in question form.
