Remark: Electric system Main control part of the adoption is brand-name configuration. As well as the motor overload protection device. The whole line uses water 2000-3000kg/h. The whole line needs a 20-foot container and a 40-foot container.

Others
The seller will dispatch two engineers from the seller to the buyers factory for installation and commissioning and training , the buyer should be responsible for the room and board and the two-way air tickets and visa fee ,and the allowance of 45 USD per day for each person.

Installation / commissioning / acceptance / training

The assembly and interfacing of the plants components on site in accordance with the scope of our quotation.

Commissioning / Acceptance

We will send special one or two persons for two weeks for each one or two production line(s) to complete the commissioning and training.

Establishing the supply of the services from positions to be defined in the installation drawing to the consumer components

During this period, any replacement parts that may have to be obtained will be supplied free of charge. Notification that the plant is ready for Acceptance will be given by Alianzachina. The Acceptance should be carried out immediately. Acceptance should cover a maximum of one production day (single shift).

Production run before the plant has been accepted

If the plant is run in production before the acceptance. It will be assumed to accepted by the customer, warranty and payment will implemented automatically.

Acceptance criteria are:



Completeness of order and equipment supplied, as well as fulfilment of the : Mechanical and electrical functions. Contractually agreed performance data.

Training
Included in this quotation is a 7-day-basic training curse in single shift on site for maintenance personnel and operators. During this training curse the acceptance will be made.

The mechanical assembly of the plant's components at the installation site according to the scope of the quotation. Prerequisite for the installation is the punctual on site furnishing of the following equipment/conditions:

Telephone Telefax Toilets/washing facilities Lockable storage space for plant components and installation material, as well as changing rooms for the personnel . Sufficient lighting plus services / media-connections Free access to the site It must be possible to carry out all activities on site directly, without hindrance or additional effort. This means, for instance, that the site is safeguarded against any possibly existing area at risk from fire.

Should it prove impossible to provide the above mentioned equipment / prerequisites on site at all or only partially, we request to be informed in good time so that we have a chance of organising the items still missing. The arising expenditure will be invoiced at cost. The customer has to supply skilled workers (mechanical fitters as well as electricians) in a sufficient number.

GENERAL NOTES

The quality of the concrete floor where the plant is to be installed must be to a standard of B25, with a minimum hole drilling depth of 200 mm. As a rule, special foundations are not required. Any possibly existing plant or equipment that could obstruct access to the site must be removed. The customer supplies the raw materials and makes available all auxiliary mediums required for running the plant as required.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THIS PRICE


All items and services, which are not expressly written in this quotation do not belong to the scope of Alianzachinas supply . These concern, for instance: :

Earthmoving, bricklaying and concreting Buildings, foundations, possible required pits and staging (with stairs) for placing machines, control cabinets and extraction fans.

Fire precautions. Ventilation on air conditioning of the production shop and the storage tanks. Plant lighting.

All supply and return lines to the boundaries of the Alianzachina supplied equipment, such as power connections, exhaust air suctions of the extraction plant from the pressure side of the fan onwards, dry air for the Alianzachina air drier, and water for cooling purposes.

Hydraulic oil, lubricants, auxiliary and raw materials, such as raw materials, water supplying, eletric power supplying, ect . Insurance of the supplied equipment against damage of any kind during the assembly and commissioning period. In as far as these damages were not caused by supported evide nce of Alianzachinas fault.

Lifting tackle, stacker trucks, and auxiliary personnel for assembly and commissioning, erection material.

Existen dos tipos de reciclajes para el PET: El reciclaje mecnico y el qumico. El mecnico es el que se prctica en Mxico, mientras que el reciclaje qumico es hecho por las tecnologas de Eastman Kodak y Mitsubishi. El producto de ambos procesos es diferente, en el mecnico se obtiene el mismo PET en forma de hojuelas y es imposible utilizarlo para producir botellas. En cambio, el reciclaje qumico produce materias primas para la elaboracin del polmero. Ms adelante se detallan los dos procesos pero primero hay que entender todo el pre-tratamiento que se le debe dar a la basura de PET para que pueda calificar como reciclable. Una vez que se desecha una botella de PET, esta pasa a manos de recicladores que acopian el producto y lo separan de otros platicos como el PVC, HDPE y LDPE. Se separa por colores, en tres principales categoras: transparente, azul y verde, y, finalmente, una mezcla de los colores restantes. Cada categora pasa a un triturador, donde se muele el PET y se vende a las compaas recicladoras. El PET ms valioso es el transparente, seguido del verde y azul. El mixto es el ms barato. Despus se siguen una serie de pasos detallados a continuacin: Revisin/inspeccin - Se identifican y se eliminan contaminantes. Granulacin/lavado - Se muele en el molino y se lava con abundante agua Flotacin - Proceso de separacin del PET de las tapas de las botellas y sus etiquetas. Secado - Importante proceso ya que la humedad afecta al producto. Fundido Filtrado - Se hace a travs de una fina malla para eliminar los contaminantes restantes Pelleteado Almacenamiento Una vez que estn limpias las botellas, se puede pasar a la parte del reciclado. En el reciclado mecnico las botellas de PET simplemente se transforman en hojuelas que se secan y cristalizan para formar pellets. Estas pellets sirven para la produccin posterior de fibras, resinas y plsticos de ingeniera. No se puede utilizar para producir botellas ya que no cumple con los estndares mnimos de calidad adems de que presenta concentraciones de formaldehido y oligmeros por la degradacin trmica que sufre el polmero. Estas impurezas bajan la calidad del producto y lo hacen un poco peligroso si se utilizara para almacenar bebidas. El reciclado qumico es un proceso un poco ms complicado. De hecho, existen cerca de 10 procesos diferentes para depolimerizar el PET en sus materias primas aunque slo unos pocos son viables industrialmente. El proceso ms utilizado mundialmente utiliza metanol como reactivo y produce la materia prima del PET: DMT (Dimetil tereftalato) y EG (Etilenglicol). Empresas tan grandes como DuPont, Eastman Kodak y Mitsubishi utilizan tecnologas basadas en el uso de metanol para reciclar el PET ya que la materia prima resultante tiene el grado de pureza necesaria para ser utilizada como envase para bebidas. Como podemos observar, la tecnologa de reciclaje de PET es muy buena y los productos son de altsima calidad. El problema radica en la sociedad: el PET reciclado tiende a ser menos transparente que el nuevo con el mismo precio. Esto provoca que los consumidores desconfen al ver una botella ligeramente amarillenta y no la compren. Esto provoca que las grandes embotelladoras no utilicen un gran porcentaje de PET reciclado ya que no quieren tener prdidas econmicas y, evidentemente, el que pierde es el ambiente.

Es por esto que en Ontario, Canad, existe una planta que en este ao producir sus botellas de 100% PET Reciclado (RPET, por sus siglas en ingls) para producirlas y distribuirlas en su pas. La ventaja de la tecnologa utilizada por esta compaa es que necesita 10 veces menos energa trmica para producir su PET y esto significa que pueden reducir sustancialmente los costos contra las botellas normales. Es un gran avance para que el cambio del PET proveniente de petrleo hacia PET proveniente de ms PET se d y as se puedan reducir las emisiones provocadas por su produccin.
