servants 2.0 together, letting them share experiences, educating them and discussing future developments with them
we can empower civil servants to play an important role in making government more parcipitative and more
efficient.

This important role of enthusiastic civil servants is often neglected. Civil Servant 2.0 aimes at using their knowledge

neglected. Civil Servant 2.0 aimes at using their knowledge and passion for their work to bring about a government

initiative. Experiences from this are also share within and outside the network.

12. Describe key components of your communication approach and the main dissemination
actions providing reference where possible:

Civil Servant 2.0 is a network itself, the members are the community. Next to that there's a lot of support from
higher management. These groups and people communicate about the initiative within their own networks, thus
spreading the message.

Next to that online networks are used, as well as interviews by magazines aimed at civil servants, both commercial
and organizational.
