Pobationary Appointment for General Manager

Dear With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, the Management has decided to offer you a probationary appointment.

The terms and conditions of your appointment are as follows:


1. Designation: Your Designation will be . 2. Jointing: You are requested to join latest by 3. Salary Per month: During the observation and probationary period you will be paid a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.= only by monthly. 4. Probation Period: You will be on probation for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of joining. During the probation period your service may be terminated at any time without any notice whatever. Absence is discouraged during the period of probation. On successful of probation period, your service will be confirmed as permanent employee of the company. 5. Leave Procedure: You will be entitled for 14 days sick leave and 10 days casual leave begins from the time of joining proportionate to the remaining period of the calendar year and annual leave as per law.

6. Transfer: Your service may be transferred to any of the sister concerns of the Padma Sweaters Ltd. 7. Interest of the company: You will be expected to use your best endeavors to promote the interest of the company and to the company and to carry out all reasonable orders and instructions made by or on behalf of the company. Your service is six days a week and duty start from 9.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m 8. Secrecy: Please note that any property of the company, including memorandum, notes, records, sketches, plans, seal stamps or other documents which may be in your possession or under control at the time of termination of your employment shall be delivered by you for the company or otherwise as the company may direct. You will not be entitled to the copyright in any documents and will not retain copies of any of them. 9. Resignation from the Service: In the event of your resignation form services you are to serve 30 (thirty) days salary to the company in by either party of such notice. All other terms and condition of your appointment will be governed by the standing rules of the company. Enclose please find a duplicate copy of probationary Appointment that should be returned to the office duly signed, confirming that the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you.
