DDB Singapore Steps Up in Collaborative Marketing

Neil Johnson named Chief Creative Officer, as Joji Jacob is appointed ECD

Singapore, (6 July, 2009) – In putting together the best practices of branding, digital and data as
collaborative marketing solutions, DDB Singapore Group has promoted Neil Johnson to Chief Creative
Officer, and appointed Joji Jacob as its new Executive Creative Director.

In his new position, Neil will devote his energy to integrating and implementing the best in marketing
solutions at DDB, Rapp and Tribal for clients.

David Tang, President and Chief Executive Officer of DDB Singapore Group said, "Those of us who
know Neil know he’s a superb creative, marketer and solutions-maker, all while remaining a very nice
and down-to-earth guy. While others talk and blog about what they think, he’s been on the forefront of

work with clients directly, a move made possible with Joji Jacob now running the creative department
at DDB.

from the agency.
