Quality circle movement at CSTPS Established in 1994. Presently 56 quality circles are functioning at CSTPS. Total 155 problems solved various quality circle till 2006. Apart from participation and presentations of quality circle at various national levels forums. Quality circle of CSTPS has gained following special achievements.

QCFI Nagpur Chapter convention held in Aug 2003 Chaitanya Quality Circle of CHP-B has begged Excellent Awards and Search Quality Circle of Testing II had begged first consolation prize. Quality circle movement has yielded various direct and indirect benefits at CSTPS. About 155 problems has been solved through quality circle. Quality circle has not only help in reduction in maintenance and machine down time but also given work satisfaction to QC members, increased confidence level, improved problem In 17 National convention of Quality circle held at Madurai in Dec 2003 Chaitanya & Search Quality circle were awarded Excellent Presentation and qualified for Internaltion convention of Quality circle to be held at Bangkok ( Thailand) in Dec. 2004. In QCFI Nagpur chapter convention held in Aug 2004 Shradha Quality circle of CHP-A has begged Best of the Best Award for quality circle presentation. In 17 QCFI Nagpur Chapter convention Navchetana , Shradha and Tejasvi Quality circle of I&C-II, CHP-A and CHP-B has begged Excellent Award for quality circle presentation.
