Mandibular left second molar with root lengths of 24.5 mm. Canals were prepared to a size F1 (ProTaper ) and obturated with gutta core TM carriers and root canal sealer. Access to the placement of the carriers on the mesial was enhanced by removing the handle and using a locking forceps to enable the proper angle of delivery.
