My Rights are being abused by my neighbors accross the street. They use voice distortion devices or apps on thier smart phones to yell obscenities at Me all throughout the day, as if they are barking. This harassment has been going on for around a year. Ive told them to stop various times and they just continue. Ive tried to get into contact with your office for around a month. One of the deputies stopped by and Im not sure if he took the complaint seriously enough to file a report. Another told Me to record the harrassment. I am under the impression that they have fed something to my familys pets that causes them to scream out in pain and they are somehow able to yell through the innocent animal like a ventriliquist dummy from hell. Wait until you hear enough of the audio and you will be shocked. The chicken clucks, bumps up an octave and yells Fuck you, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, you faggot. youre such a faggot. and so on... Honestly, the voice is kind of distorted so I am not certain if its only one person or a group. Since Its more then one chicken, Im going to assume its a racket. I know that I have not personally made anyone mad enough to do these things to these innocent animals. I know that these evil devices exist because at some point I have had one forced into my body as well. I may have eaten it, but something tells Me i would have noticed... The first time I felt as if something was moving through my body was in late 2011, early 2012. It feels like a burp forcing itself through your body just so the voice on the other side can yell at you. Ive known it to shock my intestines badly enough to cause a burn or cyst big enough to block my colon. I have bled many times. I have been tased while asleep and mistaken it for a seizure. I want a cease and desist and a restraining order to start with, but depending on what your detectives come up with, I ultimately want to persecute to the full extent of the law.
