SYNOPSIS : This course is designed to help students in developing effective

communication skills and strategies in a variety of contexts and
situations. The course focuses on developing effective listening
skills, speech production, speech acts, managing talk and
preparing and delivering effective speeches

(Kursus ini dirangka untuk membantu pelajar mengembangkan

kemahiran dan strategi berkomunikasi dengan berkesan dalam
pelbagai konteks dan keadaan. Kursus ini memberi fokus kepada
mengembangkan kemahiran mendengar secara berkesan,
penghasilan pertuturan, tingkahlaku pertuturan, pengurusan
percakapan dan kemahiran menyedia dan memberi ucapan yang
