MANAGEMENT FEES:

PROFIT SHARING PATTERN:

Sharing at the end of the agreement term

Profit Sharing - 20% if returns above 8%

Loss Sharing – 20% if returns below 8%

SLABS OF INVESTMENT: 1 Lac To 5 Lac INR (No Loss Sharing) (1.75% Management Fees)

5 Lac To 10 Lac INR (Loss Sharing) (1.5% Management Fees)

10 Lac To 25 Lac INR (Loss Sharing) (1.25% Management Fees)

25 Lac and above INR (Loss haring) (1% Management Fees)

*Management fee to be paid by the investor to IIFSPL at every 12 months from the date of agreement as a percent age of the
