We are pleased and excited to approve you as an affiliate with the most comprehensive loan 
modification affiliate program in the nation.  We know that you have the same passion and 
energy to help our fellow homeowners as we do.  We also know that the only way for you to 
help as many homeowners as possible is with support and training.  This Acceptance Package 
outlines what you need to know to get started fast. 

IMORTANT NOTE FOR NEW AFFILIATES: Read this Package Thoroughly – a smooth 
transaction with your client is paramount to your success, and future referrals.

I’m a LoanModUS.com Approved Affiliate – Now What?

What do I need to begin helping my clients?


1. You will need a copy of the v3 Monthly Expense Worksheet .pdf form.
a. Snapshot is downloadable in the Affiliate Login Page of LoanModUS.com
b. If you do not have a .pdf “Reader”, download Adobe Reader – also available in
the Affiliate Page.
2. A Good Understanding of how to properly fill out the v3 Monthly Expense Worksheet.
a. Watch the video tutorial available in the Affiliate Login Page on LoanModUS.com
b. Call the Support Desk with any questions, or free live training! 1-888-500-2414
3. Gather the Preliminary Documentation Needed
a. Fax this information to our Support Desk : fx. 702-944-7847
b. Most Recent Copy of Mortgage Statement(s)
c. Most Recent Copy of Pay Stub(s)

That will get you started quickly with helping your clients. There is more documentation to
gather from your client, but for the initial review, that is all that is needed.

What Services are available to me for client benefit & support?


1. Our Support Desk is available to help with your clients & answer any questions you may
have. Simply call the support desk hotline. We are here to help.
2. We are a Law Firm Backed Loan Modification Company – That is all we do!
3. Never (NEVER!) an Up-Front Charge to the client.
a. The Client will find out if a modification is available to them free of charge.
4. Money Back Guarantee if loan modification is unsuccessful. (minus $375 for processing)
5. Weekly Updates from Attorney’s Case Manager
a. The Client is never “kept in the dark” & always knows what progress has been
made.
6. COMING SOON – Personalized Website & Branding w/email, business cards

How does this process work? (Broken down into 11 easy steps!)
Step 1: Properly fill out the v3 Monthly Expense Worksheet and email to
ADMINISTRATOR@LOANMODUS.COM

Step 2: Have client fax current mortgage statement(s) and most recent pay stub(s) to Support
Desk. Fax: 702-944-7847

Step 3: LoanModUS.com submits file to Law Firm

Step 4: 24-48 hr. Turnaround time for Law Firm to Approve/Reject Case

Step 5: If Accepted, LoanModUS.com Support Desk delivers “Acceptance Package” to YOU. If


rejected, a rejection letter is delivered to YOU.

Step 6: Deliver “Acceptance Package” to client.

Step 7: Retrieve any additional documentation requested in the Acceptance Package.

Step 8: Have client sign Acceptance Package forms & indicate payment option, as well as
provide funds for payment. (Credit card, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Payment Plan)

Step 9: Deliver completed & signed Acceptance Package to:

Step 10: The Law Firm will directly contact the client within 48-72 hours, and take your client
from there.

Step 11: You receive your Affiliate Commission the following 3rd and/or 15th after payment
clears through the Law Firm.

Common Client Related FAQ’s
Should I tell a client not to pay their mortgage?

No. If your client is facing imminent default, but has not yet made a late mortgage payment, do
not advise them not to pay. We will contact their lender to determine if they work with
borrowers who have not yet been late.

How long does the loan modification process take?

Because each lender is set up differently to handle loan modification requests, each time frame
will be different. However, the average time to complete is between 30-45 days, with some
cases extended further.

What about a client who has filed for bankruptcy?

Find out when the discharge date occurred. If the BK has been discharged, there is an
opportunity for a modification. We must review these on a case by case basis.

What about a client with a 2nd Home, or Investment Property?

2nd Homes and Investment properties can be a bit more complicated than a traditional owner-
occupied single property owner. These must be reviewed on a case by case basis. The major
deciding factor for 2nd home or investment property modification is the source of “hardship”.
Because of this, we will review each of these individually.

Do we have examples of hardship letters?

Yes. Check the LoanModUS.com website. There are appropriate items to mention in the
hardship letter, and other items that should be left out. Please review the website information.

Are there any additional costs to the client besides the initial fee?

No.

How do I document a Self-Employed Clients Income?

Have the client prepare a Profit & Loss statement for the most recent quarter of business
activity. Calculate income using the Profit & Loss.

What are ALL of the documents that I need to gather?

Initially: Mortgage Statement & Pay Stubs faxed to 702-944-7847. Likely requested after
approval: Previous Year 1040, 6 months Bank Statements (Checking&Savings,
Business&Personal), Other Sources of Income Documentation ie. Social security, Child Support,
Annuity etc…

Should I send the v3 Monthly Expense Worksheet to my client to fill out, or fill it
out with them?

It is entirely up to you. We have found greater success in making an appointment with the
client to fill out the form together, whether over the phone, or in person. Emailing the client
the form is good as well. Just make sure the client is computer literate & knows how to
return/attach the form in an email.

Can we help clients living in a manufactured home?

Yes.

My client is in a NegAM ARM and can’t afford the minimum payment, what now?

Most likely, if the client is unable to afford their minimum payment, they will not be able to
afford the modified loan. Perform an analysis of their financial situation, and we will review the
case together.

Common Affiliate Related FAQ’s
When do I get paid?

The 3rd and the 18th of the month.

Who do I contact for Support?

Contact the Support Desk at 1-888-500-2414, or if email is convenient,

Would you speak with my client? Will that cost commission?

We would be glad to speak with your client. No, there is no charge to your commission. It is
our job to help with your success!

Where do I submit the v3 Monthly Expense Worksheet?

Can I recruit affiliates?

Yes, you have the option to recruit affiliates. Contact us to learn more.

Can I “Cold Call” to generate leads?

No. Because we market for a Law Firm, cold calling loan modification clients is considered a
form of “Ambulance Chasing”. Sorry, no cold calling.

Where can I advertise? What are the limitations?

You can advertise using any media you so choose. Please have your advertisements reviewed
by LoanModUS.com to ensure their approval with the Law Firm.
