Description
Pultrusion is a cost-e ective, continuous process for producing ber-reinforced composite parts. Panex 35 carbon ber tows are fed into our proprietary impregnation and curing process that creates smooth carbon ber laminates that provide e cient laydown when building thickness. The speci c ber alignment achieved with pultrusion delivers consistently better overall properties in laminates than any other composite manufacturing process.

Zolteks pultruded pro les are produced with our commercial grade Panex 35 Continuous Tow carbon ber. Our pultruded pro les are typically produced with a thermoset epoxy or vinyl ester resin in a proprietary low-cost, high-throughput process. Available in plates, rods, tubes, or custom pro le shapes.
