Engineer Back Office Data Network (15 openings)

The role of the Engineer Back Office Data Network is to operate and maintain our clients data network in order to reach the established business goals per company. As the Engineer Back Office Data Network, your main responsibilities will involve: Provide second level maintenance and restoration for the Data Network (IP) for 2G, 3G and LTE technologies. Perform detail alarm analysis on the Data (2G, 3G and LTE) network. Investigate and summarize critical technical fault for the IP network. Provide incident report on the technical fault for the IP network. Investigate customer complaint and resolution. Prepare restoration plan for incident of disaster. Escalate problem to vendor support and cooperate to resolve problem. Tracing and debugging on various equipment. Manages high risk operations. Executes preventive maintenance activities. Daily monitoring of the networks performance indicators. Participates at internal and external trainings in order to improve technical skills. Trains new employees when necessary.

As the Engineer Back Office Data Network your skills and experience will ideally include: University Degree: Electronics and Telecommunication Faculty, Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science, Cybernetics; 2-3 years previous operations and support experience in Telecommunication industry; Very good knowledge of networking principles and protocols IP (Routing, Switching), MPLS, BGP, QOS, Traffic Engineering, equivalent knowledge of CCNP/CCIP; Good knowledge of security (IpSec theory, Cisco Firewall, Checkpoint); Good knowledge of DSL technologies Analyze and interpret traces (wireshark traces, network element traces, logs); Basic knowledge of Linux; Good knowledge of the English language. Advantages: CISCO trainings and certificates or equivalent Alcatel router experience (SROS) Hands-on experience on Cisco and Alcatel routers (7750, 7210) Hands-on experience on Cisco service modules (SAMI) GSM/UMTS/LTE and mobile data knowledge German language is a plus
