Care must be taken when installing this accessory to ensure damage does not occur to the vehicle. The installation of this accessory must follow all instructions and use supplied hardware to ensure an approved quality installation.

1.

Clean Front Mounting Area

(a) Clean and degrease front body panel where mudguard is to be located with a clean, dry lint free cloth and 3M Prep Solvent 70 or alcohol and water mixture.

(b) When cleaning with 3M Prep Solvent-70 follow the manufacturers directions. Do not allow cleaner to air dry.

2. Hardware Removal and Install

Remove existing screws locations B and D. Do not discard. (Fig. 2-1). Remove existing push pin location A Discard (Fig. 2-1). Pull liner forward and install supplied spring clip (narrow) centered over location A with turned up edge on inside of panel. (Fig. 2-1)

3. Installation of Front Mudguard

(a) Mount mudguard on body panel and install exisitng screws in location D then B while holding part up and into body. Install supplied 20mm screw in location A while holding part tight against body. (Fig 3-1) While holding part in position, drill 8mm (5/16) hole in location C. (Fig 3-2) Install supplied push pin into location C while holding part into body panel. Repeat procedure for other side.

Clean Rear Mounting Area
NOTE: REMOVAL AND REINSTALLATION OF REAR TIRE IS REQUIRED TO DRILL ATTACHMENT HOLES.

(1)

Clean and degrease rear bumper panel where mudguard is to be located with a clean, dry lint free cloth and 3M Prep Solvent-70 or alcohol and water mixture. When cleaning with 3MTM Prep Solvent-70 follow the manufacturers directions. Do not allow cleaner to air dry.

5. Identification of Rear Mount Locations (a)

Identify existing dimple hole locations A and B. (Fig. 5-1) Drill 6mm (1/4) Holes in locations A and B, make sure to drill through panel and liner. (Fig 5-1)

Install supplied spring clips (medium) over panel edge holes with turned up edge on inside of panel. (Fig. 5-2) Indentify existing lower mount hole location C and install supplied (large) spring clip center over hole with turned up edge on inside of panel. (Fig. 5-2)

6. Installation Of Rear Mudguard

Install supplied 20mm screw in location C while holding part up and into bumper panel. (Fig. 6-1)

Install supplied 15mm screws in locations A and B while holding part up and tightly against bumper panel. (Fig. 6-1).
