Appointed to newly created position as a result of the sale of Verizon properties in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire (Northern New EnglandNNE) to FairPoint Communications. Key Accomplishments: Liaised with specialized vendors, negotiating the development of network cost models from initial design thru implementation. Developed all regulatory cost studies used to support the companys pricing proposals for special customer contracts, promotions and telecommunication services bundles. Collaborated with finance and marketing departments to ensure prices and terms for company regulated products and services were consistent with company objectives and state or federal regulatory requirements. Prepared and analyzed data used to support filings before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and state Public Utility Commissions.
