Appointed to newly created position as a result of the sale of Verizon properties in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire (Northern New EnglandNNE) to FairPoint Communications. Key Accomplishments: Liaised with specialized vendors, negotiating the development of network cost models from initial design thru implementation. Developed all regulatory cost studies used to support the companys pricing proposals for special customer contracts, promotions and telecommunication services bundles.
