PINE ISLAND, 1963 Jackie Wobig, 11, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wobig, had been ill and confined to her home for the past two years. During this time she drew cartoons, some of which she included with a letter to President Kennedy. She received a nice letter from his personal secretary with an autographed picture of the president. The president sent his best wishes and encouraged her in the cross she had to bear during her illness.
