Notice of Full Faith and Credit - Part 1 Article 1 of the Bill of Rights – guarantees freedom of
religion
Claimant makes this statement, with standing in “original jurisdiction” known as the common
law, God’s Law, a neutral traveling in itinere, demanding all of my rights under God’s Natural
Law, recorded in part in the Bible, which law is recognized in US Public Law 97-280 as “the
word of God and all men are admonished to learn and apply it” so I demand that all parties
that invade my Father Creators' Territory wherein my Father has placed me to notice God’s
Laws, which are My Makers Laws and therefore My Laws!

Constitution for the United States of America ARTICLE IV, sect. 1, Full faith and credit among
states. (Self-executing constitutional provisions) Section 1. Full faith and Credit shall be given
in each state to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other state.

the eternal law of reason and the grand end of society would absolutely vacate such renunciation.

The current Congress lacks the standing to repeal any law passed in 1866. Since the body
politic was changed in 1871 with the passage of the 14th amendment to the Constitution of the
United States the Government of the United States of America became dormant. It still exists...
but has not caucused, held conventions nor assembled a legislature in over 130 years. It has to
still exist as it is the foundation of the current tenants occupying space in Washington D.C.

The current occupant is the "United States Government” (Notice no "of" identifying it with the
original government "The United States of America"). Justices of the Supreme Court of the
United States were replaced by "Supreme Court Justices". Senators of the United States of
America were replaced by United States Senators. The District Court of the United States was
replaced by United States District Court. Of is the identifier. This is nothing new... Jesus of
Nazareth....

One body politic cannot pass laws that effect the body politic of another. Enron does not write
by-laws that affect Exxon merely because their names sound similar.

We have today an overlay government operating in Washington D.C. that lacks standing to do
any act effecting the "and our posterity" mentioned in the preamble to the Constitution of the
United States. They can only pass and effect laws in their sphere for Citizens of the United States
pursuant to the 14th Amendment.

Even though it cannot alter laws passed prior to the creation of the new body politic, it is bound
to respect them.
Justice Bandeis eloquently affirmed his condemnation of abuses practiced by Government
officials, who were defendants, acting as Government officials. In the case of Olmstead vs. U.S.
277 US 438, 48 S.Ct. 564, 575; 72 L ED 944 (1928) he declared:
"Decency, security, and liberty alike demand that Government officials shall be subjected to
the same rules of conduct that are commands to the Citizen. In a Government of laws,
existence of the Government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously. Our
Government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher.
For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the
Government becomes a law-breaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to
become a law unto himself. It invites anarchy. To declare that, in the administration of the law,
the end justifies the means would bring a terrible retribution. Against that pernicious doctrine,
this Court should resolutely set its face."

Legal Fictional Entities [the offending culprits] have over 60 million Codes, Statutes and
Regulations (Laws) they are responsible for knowing and practicing. I have 12 Laws; well,
actually, 2; to love the Lord my God with all my heart, soul, and mind and to love my neighbor
as myself. On these two hinge the Ten Commandments and all the law of the prophets. This that
I'm referring to is also known as the "Common Law." This is my choice of law - period.
