NOTICE OF BELLIGERENT CLAIMANT IN TRUE CHARACTER

I, living, breathing, sentient man of flesh and blood upon the soil, of the Tribe of Judah,
whose Christian Appellation is: Douglas-Mac: of the Duff Clan, hereinafter referred to as
“Claimant”, do establish as fact that Claimant is not now, nor has Claimant ever been,
any fictional character, legal entity, or other juristic “person” as exemplified below:

1. Claimant remains at all times in his True Character and is Creator and owner of
his own “person” (or, “persons”); and,
2. Claimant is the living, breathing, sentient man, and is never a “person”; and,
3. Claimant maintains rights exclusive to his own “person”, known as “personal”
rights; and,
4. Claimants’ “person”, therefore, has “personal” rights; and,
5. Claimant is third party intervener that maintains actions on behalf of Claimants’
“person”, such as, signature, voice, transmittals, and other “thinking” activities;
thusly said, Claimant is his “persons” agent and presenter; and,
6. Claimants’ “person” is not Claimant (a map is not the territory and a picture is not
the man); and,
7. Claimant is not associated with, and not attached to, any and all other “persons”
with any similar sounding name(s) as Claimants’ “person(s)” that are the Creation
of any legal entity or fictional agency; and,
8. Claimant does not yield jurisdiction of his “person(s)” to any legal entity,
corporate fiction, or other fictional character of quasi-governmental agency; and,
9. Claimant does not yield jurisdiction in his True Character to any legal entity,
corporate fiction, or other fictional character of quasi-governmental agency; and,
10. Claimants’ nation is the Republic of Missouri; and,
11. Claimants’ flag is the Family Standard of his Clan in the Tribe of Judah; and,
12. Claimant proceeds under the white flag of truce as a belligerent passing thru
hostile and warring territory; and,
13. Claimants’ allegiance is to Claimants’ Creator alone and at all times maintains
Claimants’ Standing under Claimants’ unalienable rights granted by Claimants’
Creator.

This is Claimants’ NOTICE to the entire world. Claimant further says nothing.
