3B-learning course proporsal: Blending learning computer technology becomes another useful tools for enabling students to learn effectively.Besides, it helps to incentive the creativity of students,it functions as an interactive tool and this acts as a new system of learning different from the tradicional. Blended learning should include on.line and classroom activities using physical and virtual resources mixed. In our context, this can be applied: Teachers can use PowerPoint presentations to present the topic, this technique helps students understand it in an easy way, also motivates them.Students can use this too, to give an oral presentation, for instance, a midterm, an exam, etc. http://office.microsoft.com/es-ar/powerpoint/

The teacher can use programmes like hot potatoes to make differents exercises such as match, cloze, quiz, etc. for the students to do inside the classroom to reassure their knowledge besides using the activity book. http://hotpot.uvic.ca/ Wordsift is used as a tool to look for vocabulary. An activity can consist in read a text, look for words that the students dont know and then learn this vocabulary. For these activities, all the students must bring their computers to the class or the class should use a computer room. http://www.wordsift.com/ Wikispaces are used to work in a collaborative way, for example: the teacher propose to the students working in groups, each group must present a topic. A group will work with grammar, another with vocabulary, other with phonetics, etc. then, these topics must be upload to the wikispace. http://www.wikispaces.com/ Interactive whiteboard: this allow teacher to use a whiteboard that connects to a computer and projector, while everybody is connected. 6a. I imagine a group of people led by a computer in a written and a verbal way. Surely this must have seemed very unconventional in learning a second language I think this is the reason why at first it did not succeded. b. I think they put more emphasis on language and methodology that is in pedagogical improvements and less on the skill with computers, because by doing this they could improve the communication process of developing understanding and interpreting the different communicative events. They had to do this because people can take into account not only explicit or literal meanings but also the implications of what the sender or the receiver wants to understand but machines can not do that. c. CALL should be based on helping students to learn the language in which they are interested on, in the best way possible. CALL was designed to make students to be more independent, and they could not be through

teachers, perhaps because it is assumed that the learner should be its own teacher.
