Consumers can accumulate points in a month and either the customer can redeam a gift equivalent to the number of points gathered or he can carry the points gathered forward to next month. We maintain and schedule daily and monthly reports of loyalty data to the loyalty team of GESBI. Loyalty data includes :- loyalty master record , redemption master record details , transaction details , item master , account details , customer details and merchant details . Logistic Regression technique has been used in order to estimate this likelihood. Logistic Regression assigns a score to each customer. After generating the scores, sorts the accounts based on the scores in descending order. The greater the score the greater is the propensity to respond on PLR. After sorting, divide the whole population in ten groups (10% accounts in each group, known as deciles).
