HISTORY OF THE COMPANY MAAN PHARMACEUTICAL LTD is the part of GOODLUCK GROUP OF MEHSANA. The history of the company is quite industrialist in Mehsana has promoted on 13th may 1988 under the company act. Maan pharmaceutical is private Ltd. Company and its come under the small-scale industry. It was corporate on 16th july1992 under the company act and the certificate of commencement of business was obtained from the registrar office of the company.

Maan pharmaceutical Ltd. was small-scale unit with Limited capital structure, limited product when it was stander. But well management of the company comes up a large-scale unit. When it was stared at the time turn over of the company was 6 cr. Company was started production with few products only like CIFON CAPSULES, CIFION PLUS TABLETS etc and other some tablets.

Generally, time duration for production is well managed by the company that is as under:8:00 to 12:30 ( Working time) 12:30 to 1:00 ( Recess time) 1:00 to 5:00 (Working time) The workimg hours of the company is 8 hours, it is produce day and nighttime. In MAAN PHARMA, There are 140 employees are working. Out of them 90 are unskilled, 23 skilled, 12 supervisior and 15 executives. As per requirement of job, eligibility of employees, work and sprit can be seen among the workers and employees. Management always makes decision in favor of employee and providing them essential facilities decision in employees and providing them essential facilities. As a reward for favorable decision in employees favor, The employees also co-operate the management by remaining honest and maintaining loyalty toward management. The company produces various products like manxo, eryman,atamol - O & R etc. The company produces medicines to cure various diseases. After 1995, the scope and demand for Pharma industry is increase & it has created a good market for MAAN PHARMA. It can expand & prudes because the products are directly related with health and people must buy at any cost for survival. Thus the future of MAAN PHARMA is beings. Now a day, there is various kind of diseases spreading and emerging out ultimately result in to human atmospheres pollution. The research department of the company tries to find out new and effective medicines for danger diseases are due to water, air and effective medicines for danger diseases and helping in controlling diseases and protecting the life of human beings. MAAN PHARMA LTD, is a pharmaceutical company. The company produces various kind of medicines like Tablets, Capsule & Syrup. The company has the separate room for the raw material department. The general manager purchase the raw material in the bulk. Then these raw material are purchases open market as the needs and sometimes they are brought from Utter Pradesh, Hyderabad, Maharastra. Some times raw material is improved through important license. The raw material is purchased with the comfirmation of day to day changing the price of raw material has satisfactory pric. The general manager know the price of the raw material are enchanted marketing in the view the payment of excise duty and other taxes by the purchaser. The raw material are brought by the transporation in the factory and then the storekeeper maintain whole the records of the different type of raw material and also check the quality of all the raw material and then the workers arrange them on the division wise. In the raw material department there are many section and in their section the raw material are kept in it. And after the certain tests, the raw material is a passing for the production. PRODUCTION PROCESS FOR TABLETS


For producing the tablet, recurring raw material is brought from raw material department. Them after it is balanced and it is mixed with essential raw material with the help have mixed machine. Then mass grinding and lubrication are made. Now this semi finished products are taken tablet to compression department for grinding specific shape of tablet with the help of automatic machine. This machines max 2100 tablet per minute. Lastely the compressed tablets from compression department are brought to coating department. In this department sugur coating is done and ultimately packing being the marketing strategy for the company to attract the customer to purchase its products. PRODUCTION PROCESS FOR SYRUP (LIQUID)


In the manufacturing process of syrup required raw material from R.M Department is balanced and brought to syrup department, where different type of liquid and chemical are mixed by workers in liquid mixer machine. Specific test syrup is prepared. Which ultimate checking of bottle is carried out tasted battles are them seals with the help of bottles sealing machine. Lastly these sealed bottle are well arranged in trays, which are ultimate packed in boxes in the packing department. And then given them name and printed expires date to each bottle. The details about some medicines as under:

Wages are the payment made to the employees as compensation for the services rendered by them to the enterprise. Wages include salary also. MAAN PHARMA includes the wages and salary administration department in the personnel department. The company adopts the define plan for the wages and the salary administration. The company accepts the best policy for wage and salary administration Equal pay for the equal worker As per as MAAN PHARMA is concerned wage and salary are paid according to the work assign. About number of employees are working in the company from which 80% of employees are paid on the basis of policy wage and 20% of employees are paid on the basis of fixed salary. Along with wage and salary increment and bonus facilities are also provided to employees who are working for longer period of time in company. The company provides minimum salary as Rs.1000 and maximum as 12000 to production department. Now company has gate W.H.O quality product, so that special skilled professional will required. So company now pays salary up Rs 4 per lack per month.

GRIVANCE HANDLING
Grievance handling is one of the most and important function carried out by personnel manager in the organization. Grievance can arise between related to various reasons mainly wage, not accurate suggestion or decision, strikes etc. so to overcome or bring solution to problem, proper and perfect decision are taken by tanked by personnel; manager. In MAAN PHARMA, there occurs no such type of grievance because of systematic and wheel-planned organization. There are no strikes and trade union so there arise no problem of grievances. If by mistake any such type problems arise between worker and management, the head of the department takes proper decision. For this purpose company maintain the data about the employees such as Birth date, Age, Joining date, Department, Designation etc. On the basis of performance, company can give promotion on their selection. For this purpose the company uses the performance appreciable from and on the rating basis the company gives promotion to the employee with high rating. A transfer involve a change in the job of an employee without change in responsibilities or remuneration. MAAN PHARMA LTD should not adopt transfer policy because it has only one production area.
