Technology Description: The Imploder water treatment device produces a measurable and validated effect on plant growth, seed germination success, and biomass yields. Introduction The science of water is becoming more complex and surprising all the time. It is not just a single homogenous substance that we have thought it to be. For example, water (H2O) has many varieties depending on the H-O-H bond angle which is 104 15, which o f the three hydrogen isotopes are involved, the size i f the loosely held molecular groups called charge clusters, the frequencies both subtle and gross that can be imprinted on and held by water, the way water is structured, etc. Water is an absolutely key ingredient in producing Li fe as we know it. Fractal Inc has developed technology, called the Imploder, which treats water to both support and enhance the Li fe Qualit y in seeds and plants. It has two parts; a phase conjugating magnetic part and a centripedal implosive part. What is Phase Conjugation? As modern physics is discovering, everything is composed o f waves; matter, energy in all forms, all Life, you, me, everything. The Universe is awash in waves that for the most part interfere with each other in ways which diminish and cancel each other out. Phase Conjugation is a wave phenomenon whereby certain ways, geometries and magnetic conditions etc., cause waves to strengthen each other as they come together by adding and multiplying each other. All Life, in order to be at all, is characterized by phase conjugation o f a certain sort. Through our research, we have identi fied principles, aspects and factors a f fecting the kinds o f order that enhance Life and have developed a magnetic array technology that can be used to bring about fa vorable phase conjugation in water which supports Li fe. What is Centripdal Force? In the fluid dynamics sense, centripedal force re fers to the suction process that causes fluids to mo ve inwards and towards the centre in a spiraling whirling path. It can be called a vortex and a f fects the nature o f water in profound ways. The opposite o f centripedal force is the familiar centri fugal force that we felt strongly as children hanging onto a spinning merry-go-round to avoid being spun o f f . Centripedal force is just as strong a force but acts towards the centre. Centripedal force as applied to water causes implosion which has profound ef fects on the nature o f water. Fractal Inc.s Imploder uses anintricately designed and precisely engineered nozzle to set up a centripedal force which causes implosion in water. An Independent Experiment An independent experimenter investigated the accelerated plant growth ef fects o f Imploder water whereby 30 white mustard seeds were planted in each o f two identical growing mediums. One was fed tap water, and the

other with the same tap water that had been c ycled through the Imploder device. Several positi ve e f fects were observed. After 4 days the tap water control group had 11 un-germinated seeds and a growth score (consisting of number o f seedlings times their respecti ve lengths) o f 8. Whereas the Imploder watered group has 6 un-germinated seeds and a growth score o f 20. See data below. It can be concluded that the Imploder increases both germination speed and ultimate germination percentages. After 31 days post germination, the Imploder watered group looked substantially larger, more advanced in their growth and healthier. (See photo below taken a fter 29 days.) Then the plants in each group were uprooted, the soil care fully removed and the plants weighed. There was a 328% increase in biomass in the Imploder watered group with respect to the control tap watered group. Our understanding o f why this happened has encouraged us to proceed with developing this leading edge water treatment technology to enhance the worlds abilit y to grow food and other use ful plants in a healthier, faster, and more sustainable way.

The Device The Imploder protot ypes are 15-20 inches long and can easily be connected to any residential or commercial water source below 40 PSI. See a photograph of an early protot ype below.

The long copper coloured pipe on the le ft houses the Phase Conjugate Magnetic array and the white bulb to the right houses the Centripedal Vortex Nozzle. When it goes into production, the inner workings will be enclosed and protected in an easy to handle housing with a flow control trigger.

THE SCIENCE of the IMPLODER Implosion in a Fractal Field is the essential s ymmetry mechanism, which creates gravit y, color, life, perception, and all centripetal self-organizing forces. Some o f the worlds leading physicists discuss, research and support these pioneering theories. (See re ferences below) Fractalit y used in math and physics is the well-known principle o f infinite compression. This compressibilit y creates a centripetal force called implosion, which is related to the physics o f phase conjugation Phase conjugation is the perfect way for waves to meet and create fusion, and is idealized by the golden mean ratio. The golden mean proportion de fines beaut y, the geometry o f all living proteins and plants, and is used for perfect constructi ve wave interference and wave compression. What we have discovered is how to make a fractal electric field- and how that becomes bio- acti ve. We are the first to articulate the pure principles o f how to MAKE a bioactive field, and to develop technologies from this science.

IMPLOSION creates self-organization and there fore Li fe in 3 fundamental ways: The first is well known in physics; creating order from chaos, by fusion, called phase conjugate optics. Phase conjugation dielectric creates "bioactive li fe" from a " fractal field" ef fect. To understand the principle - simply visualize waves o f light or charge or magnetism approaching each other from opposite directions - in the form or s ymmetry o f TWO PINE CONES - screwing in to each other tip to tip. In the center- the plasma implodes- causes a centripetal and sel f-organizing of its environment. The third principle way o f sel f-organization is Phase conjugate magnetics. Unique to our device is this principle where like magnetic poles are made to attract- creating implosive magnetic forces. Seeding Field Effects We have scienti fically proven that a particular electric field is actually ideal for growing seeds. This is how we measure the vitalit y or li fe force- in seeds or fruit or eggs:

It is the electrical coherence o f its weak electric field - called harmonic inclusiveness or fractalit y, which indicates its vital force. To understand how the electric field measures and creates li fe in a seed- consider the fluid nature o f the protoplasm o f a seed. I f the plasma field around that seed is CENTRIPEDAL (meaningable to suck or implode)- then it can attract and suck in the liquid and nutrient to grow. This is exactly the way a jelly fish or medusa- propels itsel f into the world, by the direction o f its sucking force. This same electric field which identi fies life- can be applied dielectrically to increase seed germination and in a coating form- to increase the duration o f seed storage. Notably - by taking this principle: THE DESIGN of IMPLOSION - to its electrical essence - a s ymmetry principle - we are the first to articulate the pure principles of how to MAKE a bioactive electric field. Test Apparatus A series o f Neodymium Iron Boron magnets are precisely set in a unique design: Phase Conjugate position. Like poles o f the magnet can actually attract each other. We utilize the enhanced 'z-pinch' ef fect o f our custom phase conjugate array. Each o f the individual magnets had a 1/2" diameter hole at the centre to allow for water flow. The magnet array was attached to a diaphragm water pump, which allowed for recirculation o f water using a 20 Liter reservoir. Water was re-circulated for a period of approximately 10 minutes be fore measurement or experimentation. Redox Results After circulating water through the new air-core magnet stack, there was a noticeable 6.5% drop in Redox potential o f the sample compared to the control. This is advantageous for drinking water since a lower value in Redox potential is healthier. There was also a 5% drop in pH from the control value o f pH 8.0 to 7.6. The ORP (redox potential) readings were as follows: Control: 738.5 mV Test sample: 690.2 mV Measurements were made in reference to a saturated Ag/AgCl calomel electrode. Germination Results: Two individual germination studies were conducted using mustard seeds. In the first experiment, 25 mustard seeds were planted onto a square cotton mat inside o f a shallow plastic container about 7 inches in diameter and 1.5 inches in height. For each experiment three dishes were set up prior to planting. One was used for the control water sample and the other two for the magnet water sample. In the first experiment 25 mustard seeds were planted in each dish and 50 ml o f test water was added to each dish. The dishes were covered initially with paper towels and the evaporated water was replenished periodically as needed. A fter 7 days o f germination the seedlings were weighed on an analytical balance to the nearest milligram. The results showed an average increase in germination yield o f 12% with the magnet water compared to the untreated tap water. A second experiment was conducted in a similar manner except that 30 seeds were used in each dish and the dishes were covered with plastic wrap to avoid evaporation and subsequent water replenishment. The plastic wrap was ideal since the initial water charge o f 50ml was more than enough to keep the seedlings moist o ver a period o f 7 days without having to replenish the water. The results o f this study showed a much more prominent e f fect with the average germination yield o f the two magnet water samples at 25% greater than the control water sample.

Phase conjugate seed germination with SUPER CHARGED water A seed participates in a rather li fe or death drama at the moment it decides whether to germinate or die. In the simplest o f terms, most biologists would probably agree that the mechanical answer to the question of whether a seed comes to LIFE or dies happens at the moment o f germination. I f we look at the germination process in the most gross and basic o f terms, for LIFE to begin at that moment depends on WHETHER THE SEED HAS DEVELOPED THE POWER TO STEER OR ORIENT THE ANGLE OF APPROACHING WATER MOLECULES. I f a seed can crank up the electrical power to steer in the approaching water molecules laden with FOOD, then we have the miracle o f germination. I f not then we have death. Where does this electrical power come from? It comes from electrically centripedal force o f fractal or phase conjugate implosive charge s ymmetry. One case in point is when Dr. Sal Giandinoto measured the germination rates o f our magnetically charged water versus the non-charged water. He observed that in almost e very case, the stems o f the Imploded water were standing straight up (supporting the weight of the leaves) while the other non charged water germinated seeds were mostly l ying down. The charged water imparts more strength to the growing seeds. Most 'magical water' has a colloidal content, a trace mineral that makes the water "piezoelectric'. A fast spinning vortex for water makes it pick up energy charge, and by using a 'shape' will increase 'implosion'. The famous German naturalist Victor Schauberger knew this. His piezoelectrically charged water by using a clay mineral, and began generating voltage from gravit y and hence he was able to make logs floating in water travel uphill! He was using PHI- Golden Ratio Symmetry in the charge vortex / implosion.

Science has noted that the e f fecti ve structures in water to best create storage o f li fe and life processes are DODECAHEDRAL. This has come to be known as the Clathrate Cage. This relates to the Golden Mean ratio arrangement o f water molecules in a MICROTUBULE. Also tucking monatomic h ydrogen ion into an implosive clathrate cage dodecahedron o f water molecules is the key to MICROHYDRIN which is a man-made free radical scavenger or what you might call- HEALING WATER. In order to make our point about what SHAPE o f ELECTRIC FIELD can make ALL BIOLOGY HAPPY we are going to use this example: The di f ference between a seed that is alive, versus a seed that is dead, is the abilit y to shoot out an electric field strong enough to change the angle of incoming water. By radiating an electric wave o f charge the seed does two things. First it shapes the angle at which the next molecule bonds in order to determine the shape o f growth and secondly the seed changes the angle o f the incoming water molecules with their load o f mineral / food. IF there is no charge field coming from the seed, there is nothing to determine the pattern / direction o f growth - and nothing to shape the incoming water and mineral bonds. So if an electrical engineer were talking about the dif ference between li fe and death for a seed we would say: ABILITY TO RADIATE CHARGE is li fe! IF radiating charge e f ficiently becomes our de finition o f li fe - then something first must e f ficiently compress that charge so that it can radiate. FORTUNATELY, for physics, the answer is simple. CHARGE COMPRESSION IS PERFECTED when FRACTAL. And thereby, charge radiation (perfect distribution means LEAST storage) - is perfected also when FRACTAL! How it works The technology turning point is our discovery o f PHASE CONJUGATE MAGNETICS. Finding how magnets can attract like pole to like, we discovered how to make the magnetic flux direct to zero point and implode. What happens to liquids passing through this technology is that they are SORTED as evidenced by a net decrease in entropy, which was measured using the Korotkov GDV device. By learning how toroidal magnetic fields are naturally octahedral, we are able to phase conjugate like magnetic poles, so that they actually attract each other instead of repelling. Learning that magnetic domains, long thought to be simply toroidal, were naturally octahedral, we discovered that when magnetic lines are properly aligned and focused they phase conjugate. This means that the like poles o f the magnet actually attract (N to N, and S to S). The extreme focusing o f the magnetic flux densities in the cone where they are aligned produces dramatic cohering o f water molecular clusters. In the same way that mono-atomic materials implosively become electrically stable in smaller 'mono-atom' sizes. By nesting this intense phase conjugate magnetic cones we produced an intense molecular cluster-imploding environment for liquids to pass through. Using this unique ef fect it produces a dramatically reduced molecular cluster size and increases charge radiance ef ficiencies. This revolutionizes water treatment, water purification, and water pre-treatment for increasing agricultural yields. It also has the abilit y to create sedimentation thereby converting tar sands into oil production (sedimentation rate increase) and for use in revolutionizing sewage treatment and other waste management (e.g. dairy farm waste)
