NEVADA CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT CANON 3(e)
NRS 174.234 also requires the defendant, at least five judicial days prior to the trial date, to file and serve
upon the prosecuting attorney a written notice containing the name and Last known address of any witness
the defendant intends to call during his/her case-in-chief. Failure to do so may result in the exclusion of the
witness.
