Learn and experience yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. Feel the stress melt away.

Fitness Centre Orientation


Learn how to safely use all the equipment. FREE for all ages 13+ yrs. Mandatory for youth ages 13-17 yrs. Please call 604-238-8434 to book a required appointment.

Pre-Natal Yoga Functionally Fit


Increase strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance to assist with activities of daily life. Strengthen, stretch and breathe to a more comfortable pregnancy. Improve posture, balance and flexibility as the instructor leads participants through a series of pregnancy-safe yoga poses. Prepare for labour by building stamina and learn to use your breathing. Benefit from relaxation exercises to help you now and as a new mother. All trimesters welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary. Drop-in available. Fit 4 Two yoga classes are taught by Certified Prenatal Yoga instructors. Your healthcare provider must sign a PARmed-X for pregnancy form. Available at www.fit4two.ca prior to participating in class. Personal Training Sessions Session packages are developed and designed by a certified personal trainer to help reach individual fitness goals safely and effectively.
