STUDENT EVALUATION

Testing Cadre will evaluate students performance on three of the thirteen Common Leader Requirements Combat Skills (CLCS) during the STX. NOTE: Include this information also in the Student Evaluation Plan which documents course graduation requirements. The using school assigns course weight to the evaluation. Rapid, immediate feedback is essential to effective learning. Schedule and provide feedback on the evaluation and any information to help answer students questions about the test. Provide remedial training as needed. The instructor must forward problems with the TSP to the proponent.

The Instructor will include the motivator for this Practical Exercise Inform the students of the following scope requirements. All work must be inspected by the SGL to ensure that the proper equipment in the proper amount has been prepared to deploy.

See equipment list from the POI. Squad leaders will ensure that all equipment has been inventoried and prepared to deploy on the STX. 1. Understand the commanders intent. 2. Select inventory party and supervise the inventories of equipment.

Feedback Requirements

Review the inventories with the instructor to ensure the standard has been met.
