Office of the A.P.A.O., Nizamabad, DT.9-3-2010. <<>> O R D E R: Surprise check was conducted on the Office of the Pay and Accounts Office, Nizamabad, by the Anti-Corruption Bureau authorities and possession of excess and unaccounted cash was found with certain staff Members. The departmental action has been initiated against the staff of Office of the Assistant Pay and Accounts Officer, Nizamabad on the allegation of corruption. In the G.O. 2nd read above , the case has been entrusted to the Commissioner of Inquiries for regular inquiry. After due inquiry, the Inquiry Officer in his findings in the Inquiry Report 3rd read above, held that the charge of contributing to collection of tips (mamool) and carrying unaccounted for cash is substantiated against the Charged Officer viz., Sri A.Satyanarayana, Attender. In the reference 4th read above, the inquiry report was communicated to the individual for representation, if any. 2. In the reference 5th read above, Sri A.Satyanarayana, Attender has submitted his explanation and after examination of the explanation, it is decided to impose minor penalty of stoppage of one increment without cumulative effect. 3. Accordingly under Rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC& A) Rules 1991, Government hereby impose a penalty of stoppage of one annual grade increment without cumulative effect on Sri A.Satyanarayana, Attender, Office of the Assistant Pay and Accounts Officer, Nizamabad.
