Projects Master Thesis: Prevention of Spyware by Runtime Classification of End User License Agreements. Description: The main aim of this project was to detect the possibility of software in question installing spyware (without user consent) by analyzing patterns found in its End Users License Agreement (EULA). Environment: C# .NET (Windows Application) Academic Project: Host-Based Intrusion Detection System (IDS). The purpose of this application is to help an administrator to monitor the file systems on a computer to detect changes to files i.e. to detect possible intrusions. This application was developed using Shell Scripting under Linux O.S. Academic Project: Web Server in C. Our task was to develop a web server using C programming with limited features. The server should validate URLs to have a rudimentary protection against hacking or DoS attacks and Log standard activity and errors in CLF (Common Language Format) along with the some other features. Academic Project: Comparative Review of Antivirus Tools. The aim of this project was to analyze performance of different antivirus tools on a computer infected with malware of different types.
