Any one u has to write it, I have selected the competent ->Goto results option in menu bar Select our scale Tick it required entry Goto save Goto continue (tick mark) Go back U has to check out our scale
Step 9: profile to change Menu path: Go to sap easy accesses Human resources personnel management personnel development profile change(double click on that)
In that right side many options r there like person position job applicant Step 10: In that 1 st u has to choose the option person

After that U has to assign the rating of the appraisal models Ex: in rating first goto search option, in that u select 1 2 good very good
After u have to compare of two appraisals Step 16: Select two appraisals Men path: In down u have to check it compare option is there Goto compare Table is coming U has to check it that table who is good, who is excellent Go back Step 17: create Qualifications catalog Men path: Next go to spro Sap ref img Personnel mgnt Personnel development Master data Edit qualification catalog Select catalog and create the qualification catalog
Goto create option Step 18: Create the qualification group. Menu path: Ex: (Sap hr skills Sap fi/co skills Select the scale of our (performance scale)
Goto save Goto continue Graph is coming; In that u has u can search for u r qualification group Ex: Sap hr skills Select sap hr skills Goto create option Step 19: create the qualifications Menu path: It is asking for qualification group or qualification. Select qualification
Goto continue (tick mark) in one option is there: in that u write it payroll, time mgnt like that
Goto save Goto continue (tick mark) After u have to check it u r graph

Select the position option Search term (select any of the position, double on that position) In that u have to note it down the object id of the employees Go back Table is coming
In that u have to select qualification group Goto create U has to assign the ratings of the qualifications: Ex: 1 Good 2. Very good 3. Excellent Goto save After Left side options r there Person, position, job, applicant. In that u have to select the applicant
