Pleasefollowthefollowinginstructionstobuildanetworkconnectionbetweenyournew
broadbandrouter,computers,andothernetworkdevices:

1. ConnectyourxDSLorcablemodemtotheroutersWANportwithanEthernet
cable.

2. ConnectyourcomputertooneoftheroutersLANportswithanEthernetcable.

3. Connectthepoweradaptertothewallsocket,andthenconnectittothe12V
socketonthebackpaneloftherouter.

4. PleasecheckalltheLEDsonthefrontpanel.ThePWRandWANLEDsshouldbe
on.TheLANLEDshouldbeonifthecomputerisconnectedandcorrectly
powered.Ifyouencounteranyproblems,pleasemakesurethatallyourdevices
areconnectedandpoweredcorrectly.

Applytostartfirmwareupload.Thebroadbandrouterwillrestartafterthefileis
uploaded.Allyourcurrentsettingswillbelostafterthefirmwareisupgraded.

NOTE:ItisrecommendedthatyouuseawiredEthernetconnectionandnota
wirelessconnectiontouploadthefirmwarefile.Donotswitchthebroadband
routerorcomputeroffwhileperformingfirmwareupgrade.Thiswillcausethe
broadbandroutertomalfunction.
