SOUPS
Poblano cream Poblano cream soup with corn mushrooms, fresh oregano and panela cheese. Leek and potatoes soup Leek and potato classic soup, with a smooth creamy texture, and delicate flavor of garlic and pepper.

SALADS
Refreshing Salad Mix lettuces, crunchy jicama, cucumber, radish, toasted sunflower seeds, mango, grapefruit or papaya (seasonal), with a delicious and light citrus dressing. Cucumber Salad Cucumber, red & yellow bell pepper, avocado, served with a yogurt dressing with mint.

MAIN DISHES
CRAB FISH Fresh fish filet filled with crab, onion, garlic and olives served with fresh mango sauce, served with rice and mashed potatoes.

TIKIN-XIC SHRIMPS cooked in banana leaf with a delicious achiote marinade (Mayan spices) green, red and yellow bell pepper, served with rice and beans. CHILIAJO PORK Pork tenderloin medallions with chiliajo sauce, made from species, tomato, garlic, echalots and cornmeal, served with crispy potato slices.

CLASSIC CEVICHE fresh fish marinaded with lemon juice mixed with chopped cilantro, garlic, onion, olive oil, tomato and Habanero chili. SHRIMP AGUACHILE Fresh shrimp marinaded with lemon juice and mineral water, mixed with chopped cucumber, red onion, passion fruit, mango, avocado, serrano chili, cilantro and red bell pepper.

LIMA SOUP Traditional Mayan soup... light chicken consomm, shredded chicken cooked with lima slices served with diced avocado and onion.

TORTILLA SOUP Classic Mexican tortilla soup with a rich roasted tomato broth, chipotle pepper, cream cheese, topped with cilantro, onion and avocado.

MAIN DISHES
HOJA SANTA FISH: Fish fillet covered with a very Mexican traditional sauce made with chili ancho, tomato, garlic, onion and cloves, and a perfect sweet taste of Hoja Santa. (Mexican leaf ) served with rice and beans. CACTUS & BEEF BROCHETTE Angus Steak brochette with Mushrooms, cactus and red onion and tomato sauce, served with chipotle mashed potato and mix salad. HUITLACOCHE EMPANADAS (Corn mushroom) and Chile de Arbol (Very Mexican MINI CHIKEN TAMALES with green sauce, cooked in corn leaf. VEGETABLES TOWER Tower of grilled seasonal vegetables with goat cheese, covered with green tomato and epazote sauce.

OCTOPUS AND POTATO SALAD Delicious caribbean octopus mixed with potatoes served with arugula, radishes, onion and garlic, special fresh herbs and extra virgen olive oil. SHRIMP SALAD Shrimp, mango and fresh coconut, served on lettuce with our special lemon, chili and olive oil dressing.

HIBISCUS MOLE LOBSTER Fresh Lobster (250 grams) covered with the special mexican traditional hibiscus flower Mole, served with rice and mix side salad. Mini baguette, ham, fresh cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado and sour cream. Octopus salad, arugula, onion, potato with balsamic and olive oil Dressing tostadita. Seasonal fruit salad with lemon and chile piquin. Shrimp aguachile with mango and passion fruit, cucumber, coriander, lemon juice and jalapeo chili. Mini shrimp & octopus cocktail served with a delicious tomato sauce, onion coriander and avocado.

HOT SELECTION:
Mini Pork tamales with a green sauce. Cochinita pibil taquitos with red onion and chili xcatic. Chicken rolls filed with poblano chili, served with a tomato sauce. Your Own Taquiza Feast!
One of the classic ways to enjoy a variety of tastes and textures of Mexico is the Taquiza feast... First we bring out home made salsas, some spicy, some mild, but all bursting with flavor. Then bowls of garnishesfresh avocado, sliced radish, caramelized onions, fresh mushrooms, zucchini, champignons, baby potatoes, roasted jalapeo chilli, beans, rice, roasted cactus and then the best part! bowls with marinated chicken, shrimp with lime, blackened fish, arrachera beef, spicy chorizo all the fabulous tastes that Mexican cuisine is famous for and then WOW! a volcanic stone molcajete filled with hot coals and a gourd of queso fundido (manchego cheese) bubbling on top. And now the taquiza feast begins. Take a hand make warm tortilla, spoon melted cheese on it then add whatever takes your fancy You can put some mushrooms or chorizo or any morsel into the bubbling cheese to cook, and then mix and match some or all the tastes to create an amazing array of gourmet tacos!
