Standard replaceable seat is EPDM, the 316 Stainless Steel discs are machined and polished to assure leak tight shut-off while providing maximum seat life. Pressure rated to 200 PSI. Standard with locking handle and notched top plate.

Matryx Air Actuators

Direct-Mount, Matryx Air Actuators for Butterfly or Ball Valves. DoubleActing, Sliding Vane Design. Direct mounting feature eliminates costly brackets and couplings.This design also reduces overall height of valve assemblies. Only one moving part means more reliable operation. Simple O-ring seal is easy to replace. External stroke adjustment for both directions.

Maximum pressure is 120 PSI. Temperature range is 0 to 225 F. Normal stroke time is from 4 seconds to not less than 1 second. Construction is of light-weight, aluminum die casting. Coating is alkyd enamel. Operating media is air or any non-corrosive gas. FOR Keystone Valves. NOT FOR Watts or Centerline. Model MX60 is designed for 2", 2-1/2" and 3" Valves. Shaft receptacle is 9/16" x 3/8" for mounting to Keystone butterfly valves. Stroke adjustment is 75 minimum and 112 maximum. Model MX200 is designed for 4", 5" and 6" Valves. Shaft receptacle is 5/8" x 7/16" for mounting to Keystone butterfly valves. Stroke adjustment is 74 minimum and 110 maximum.
