Attorney General United States of America, c/o The Honorable Barack Obama President of the United States of America I am a plaintiff in the Merck Vioxx settlement that just received a letter explaining that if I did not appeal the ineligible decision that criminal claims against Merck will be drop and no matter what the consequences my appeal will not be heard. Please open a criminal complaint against Merck immediately. I received my prescription via the Merck Representative with my doctor present in two occasions and can identify each person. Merck knowingly produced a poison and packaged it as a medicine that caused two heart attacks in which the EMS technical resuscitated sudden death on my part on two occasions which followed by a six month coma and over two years of rehabilitation. The Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott the prosecuting attorney in the Vioxx Case collected funds and will not pursue Merck under the conditions of the secret settlement. The Merck license is the first revenue-producing license for any technology developed at UTSA. Upon execution of the license, Merck paid the university an upfront fee, and reimbursed UT for past patent expenses.
